My Story

I was born in the United States of America, but moved to Ireland at 8 years old. I have always been a very creative person, ever since I could talk I had a pencil in my hand - I learned to draw full faces at the ripe age of 2. Somehow the basic skill of drawing was engraved in my little toddler head and that skill has just been growing exponentially as I grew older. Growing up, I was always a hard worker - ever since I was 15 I found random jobs to keep myself busy with and it was when I worked as an ice cream scooper that I realised I LOVED designing. I know that sounds incredibly random but hear me out. I was the key holder for a well known chocolate and ice cream business and I made myself useful (and somewhat known) there by designing signs and changing the decorative confectionary layouts everyday. From that job onwards I found small ways of marketing the different places I worked at. At one place, a sports bar, I even went so far as to grab some paints and brushes and do something I have never ever done before; face-painting. Through the holidays I was the resident face painter, until I eventually moved on professionally to become head photographer for a photography company in an ice rink. And that was only a year ago.

Since 2023, I have grown my creative skills exponentially. I launched myself head first into a one year Illustration course and am now expecting my Level 6 Qualification in June of 2025. Things have changed throughout the years, but one thing is certain, my love for art and design will never leave, in fact I fear that this love of mine will only grow as I pursue this passion.
